We have a 3-day return policy, refund and replacement , which means you must request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Return

We only accept returns in the following cases:

• The product is damaged
  
  

• You received a wrong product
  
  

• You received a short/missing item
  
  

To be eligible for a return:

• You must provide a clear opening/unboxing video of the package.
  
  

• The video must show the package being opened from the beginning without pause or cuts.
  
  

• The product must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in original packaging.
  
  

⚠️ Without a proper opening video, we will not be able to process any return or refund request.

Our team will verify the issue.
If approved, we will provide return instructions.

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

• We will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
  
  

• If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  
  

• Replacement products will be delivered within 5-7 days

• It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the amount.
